Processing and handling

• Orders begin processing after payment authorization on business days only.

Transit and delivery

Standard transit time is 2-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Destinations and address accuracy

• Nhyra ships to the destinations shown at checkout.
• If an address cannot be serviced, Nhyra will contact the customer to update the address; if no alternative is available, the order will be canceled and any payment authorization will be released or refunded in full.
• Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, including unit or access details.

Split shipments and tracking

Items in one order may ship separately. When a split occurs, each package will receive its own tracking number. Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch; carriers may take 24–48 hours to register the first scan.

Potential delays

Lost or damaged packages

If a parcel arrives damaged or appears lost, contact support within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery window. Include the order number and clear photos of the packaging and item (if applicable) so the team can investigate with the carrier.
