Nhyra accepts returns within 30 days from delivery. Eligible issues include defects, damage, wrong or mis-sized items shipped, or items that differ significantly from description. Items must be unused with original tags. Return shipping is covered by Nhyra for our-error cases; customers cover change-of-mind returns. Who covers shipping depends on the scenario. Original shipping is refunded only when Nhyra is at fault. No restocking fee applies.

If the requested size or color is in stock, an exchange can be arranged after approval. If unavailable, Nhyra will proceed with a refund once the return is received and inspected.
Approval and instructions are sent by email. Nhyra aims to reply to return requests within 1–2 business days. After the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days; your payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your statement.
