Returns Policy

At a glance

Nhyra accepts returns within 30 days from delivery. Eligible issues include defects, damage, wrong or mis-sized items shipped, or items that differ significantly from description. Items must be unused with original tags. Return shipping is covered by Nhyra for our-error cases; customers cover change-of-mind returns. Start by emailing [email protected] with photos and your order number.

Return window

The window begins on the date your order is marked delivered.

Return window: 30 days from the delivery date

Eligible reasons

  • Defective manufacturing or functional fault
  • Damaged in transit
  • Wrong item or wrong size shipped
  • Materially different from the product description or images

Item condition requirements

To keep products pristine for the next creator, returned items must meet the standards below.

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn (try-on for fit is fine)
  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging where possible
  • No stains, odors, alterations, or damage

Photo and proof requirements

Clear visuals help the team assess quickly.

  • Well-lit close-up of the issue (if applicable)
  • Photo of the size/content tag
  • Full front and back photos of the item
  • Order number and a short note describing the problem

How to request a return

Send one email so everything stays in one thread.

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
  2. State the reason for return and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  3. Attach the required photos listed above.
  4. Wait for written approval and instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping and costs

Who covers shipping depends on the scenario. Original shipping is refunded only when Nhyra is at fault. No restocking fee applies.

Items we cannot accept

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Minor cosmetic or color variations due to lighting or screen display

Exchanges

If the requested size or color is in stock, an exchange can be arranged after approval. If unavailable, Nhyra will proceed with a refund once the return is received and inspected.

Approvals and timing

Approval and instructions are sent by email. Nhyra aims to reply to return requests within 1–2 business days. After the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days; your payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your statement.
