Our stance on intellectual property

Nhyra takes copyright concerns seriously. Upon receiving a valid notice, the brand may remove or disable access to the identified material while the matter is reviewed. When appropriate, Nhyra may also notify the affected party so they can submit a counter-notification.

Filing a notice

To request removal of allegedly infringing material hosted on nhyra.com, send a written DMCA notice that includes all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of works if multiple are covered by a single notice.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and that you want removed or disabled, including the exact URL or location on nhyra.com sufficient to permit Nhyra to locate the material.
4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, and email address. A telephone number may be included at your discretion.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location (specific URL on nhyra.com) where it appeared before removal or disabling.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, and email address. A telephone number may be included at your discretion.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or that person’s agent.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, Nhyra may forward it to the original complainant. The material may be restored unless Nhyra is informed that a legal action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat infringer policy

Nhyra may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion:

• Remove or disable access to material identified in valid notices.
• Warn users regarding alleged infringement associated with their activity.
• Suspend or terminate accounts or services of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
• Document notices and counter-notifications to assess repeat activity.
