Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 2 hours of placing an order. After processing begins (handling time 1-1 business days), cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days; your bank or card issuer may take 5-10 business days to post the credit. Cancellation window

Nhyra accepts order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Requests received after this window will be handled on a best-effort basis, depending on processing status.

When processing has started

Once an order enters processing, it moves quickly through fulfillment. Nhyra cannot promise a cancellation at this stage and may be unable to intercept shipments that are preparing to dispatch.

How to request a cancellation

Email is the fastest way to reach the team. Please follow the steps below:

1. Compose an email to [email protected].
2. Subject line: “Cancellation Request – Order # [your order number]”.
3. Include in the message: order number, full name, delivery address, and the email used at checkout.
4. Send the request within 2 hours of purchase for the best chance of approval.
5. Wait for a confirmation email from Nhyra with the outcome and next steps.

Refund timing and method

• Method: Refunds for approved cancellations are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
• Posting time: Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to display the credit.
• Shipping fees: The original shipping fee is refunded only when Nhyra is at fault.
• No restocking fee applies.

Shipping address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before payment. Address changes may not be possible once processing begins. If an order ships to an incorrect address provided at checkout, Nhyra cannot guarantee recovery or rerouting, and the original shipping fee is not refundable.
